  I believe he is correct because we should influence the right and not the wrong. It is our duty to try to be more influenced by good and to spread the word. He is saying to make only good things popular and not the wrong things popular. Who would've thought that a man such as Mr smith would come up with such a fine quote. I wonder he thought of this quote to influence others. I believe that people should be influenced only by good and not bad. This ends my SSS on the fine quote by Joseph Smith.
